Guarantees:
We guarantee 100% live arrival as long as someone is at the shipping destination to sign for the animal. Failure to sign for the animal will negate our live arrival guarantee. We cannot account for animals that are left on your doorstep in adverse weather conditions for extended periods of time or for long trips on a delivery truck if the carrier has to take the animals back to their hub location.
We do cover for carrier error!
If you have not received your order on the scheduled day of arrival by 12:00pm then you must contact us within 1 hour of this happening! We will call the carrier to locate your shipment. We will also cover any losses due to carrier error. Failure to contact us within the time allotted will negate our live arrival guarantee. Our contact # is 702-580-9662.
*Important*
If an animal arrives dead you must follow the steps outlined below to obtain a full refund:
1) Contact us within an hour of receiving the animal explaining the situation.
2) You must take pictures of the deceased animal and email them to info@sincitygecko.com as soon as you receive the animal.
3) You must ship the animal back to us at your cost. If you don’t know how to do this please call us and we will walk you through it.• If these steps are followed by you, the buyer, we will issue you a full refund excluding shipping costs incurred. If you would like an exchange we will be more than happy to give you an exchange for an animal of equal quality and we will cover the outgoing shipping cost for the replacement.
• We stand by our animals. We hope the above scenario never happens but if it does, please adhere to the above process and we will do everything we can to guarantee customer satisfaction.
We guarantee that all animals listed as 100% Het’s are Heterozygous for the trait specified.
We do give our animals a 30 day health guarantee. Please contact us with any health issues and we will walk you through proper husbandry and additional information you may need. We do reserve the right to refuse this guarantee if improper care and husbandry have been determined.
Ordering:
All orders should be placed through our online store. In special cases we may have a gecko or two that you are looking for that is not listed for sale in the online store. If this is the case, please contact us via email info@sincitygecko.com and we will arrange payment for your order at that time. We are required to charge sales tax if you live in Nevada. If you live in Nevada you will be contacted with the sales tax amount prior to fulfillment of your order. Out of State customers will not be charged sales tax.
Shipping:
We ship via UPS Next Day Air 10:30am arrival within the Continental US. Our shipping days are Monday-Wednesday. Shipping will be added to your total in your cart. We charge a flat $50 fee for shipping per box unless otherwise notified. We can ship multiple geckos in each box so when you are ordering more than one gecko we will try our best to make sure we keep your shipping costs as low as possible. We ship our geckos in insulated styrofoam boxes and we use heat or cold packs depending on the weather at no extra charge. We typically ship when weather conditions are between 40-90F. We reserve the right to delay your shipping if extreme weather conditions are present. If this is the case we will arrange to ship to you on another day. Lastly, you will be provided a tracking number for your shipment the day of shipping. This way you can track the status of your order until it arrives at your door.
